Ignite the fire with your contribution towards SISTA Fire’s sustainability!

At SISTA Fire, we aim to build and sustain an intergenerational community of women and non-binary people of color in Rhode Island. We are united to advance our collective power for social, economic, and political liberation.
We envision a Rhode Island where women and nonbinary people of color have the resources, time, and energy to nurture ourselves, our communities, and the land. We are united in advancing our collective power for social, economic, and political liberation—fighting for an economy rooted in care, reciprocity, and collective healing. This transformative economy will uplift us all, restore our connections to food, water, and land, and ensure our communities thrive in dignity and abundance. Through mutual aid, organizing, and bold collective action, we will dismantle the systems that oppress us and create a future that centers the well-being, power, and joy of women and nonbinary people of color. Together, we will build a world where our liberation is not a dream but a reality.
